Terri Jordan, APN-C

Terri earned her diploma in nursing from the Helene Fuld school of Nursing in Trenton in 1993, her BS in Nursing from Temple University in 2007,  and her MS in nursing at Rutgers University - Camden in 2014. Terri also holds an Associates Degree in Science from Mercer County Community College.

Terri is credentialed by the American nursing credentialing center as a family nurse practitioner.  She began her career as a family nurse practitioner in internal medicine  in southern New Jersey and then transitioned to cardiology in 2017.

A member of the Kappa Chai and Theta Tau chapters of Sigma Theta Tau, the international nurses’ honor society, Terri is also a member of The American Association of Heart Failure Nurses. She is certified in the management of  intra aortic balloon pumps.

Terri has worked as an RN in critical care, ER/trauma, telemetry, outpatient same day recovery, interventional vascular radiology and medical surgical units. She has served as an assistant nurse manager in the emergency room and as a nurse educator for the Licensed Practical Nurse program at Bucks County Community college.

In her spare time, she is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and enjoys traveling, home improvements, spending time with her family and 2 dogs.
