Amanda Georgiopoulos, APN-BC

Amanda graduated from The College of Staten Island in 2017, completing her bachelor's degree of science in nursing, followed by her master's degree of science in nursing. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wagner College in 2023 with induction into Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society. 

Amanda worked as an intensive care registered nurse at New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center’s Brian and Spine Institute where she delivered neurological and neurosurgical patient care. As she strived to further her career, Amanda moved to New Jersey where she worked as a registered nurse at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital on the post coronary care unit.

Amanda is credentialed by the American Nurses Credentialling Center as a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Amanda joined Cardiology Associates of New Brunswick in 2025, conducting stress testing and caring for patients to support prevention and management of cardiovascular diseases. She aims to intertwine her love for nursing with her ability to care for and manage patients in acute care settings as well as in the outpatient office environment. 

Her personal interests include spending time with her family and friends, cooking, reading, and traveling.
